Such repair and replacement shall not include installation. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: This is a Limited Warranty. THE WARRANTY IS VOID IF: 1. The product is damaged in transit or misuse, accident or negligence, or has been repaired or altered. 2. Original invoice or sales receipt is not available for verification, or upon transfer of title on any products by the original purchaser. NOTE - All warranty returns that are reviewed by HPD and found not to be subject to warranty coverage will be rejected and returned without repair or replacement to the sender at their expense. Appearance defects will not be honored if: A. Damage occurred during installation or rotation. B. Damage caused from improper maintenance or improper cleaning agents. C. The wheel was sold as a heavily discounted "outlet" or “blemished” product. All warranty claims are to be submitted to sales@hpdwheels.com via email, or by calling: 813-707-9880.
